Fat on the back and underarm flab are a very common aesthetic problem, but we have 4 amazing exercises which will help you get rid of them quickly and effectively. They will strengthen the underarm muscles and burn the fat from the back.
- Elbow kiss:
Spread out the arms in shoulder line and lift the hands at 90°, folding them in the elbows. Then swing both hands so that they are touching the forearms. Do 3 sets, 10 reps each.
- Bent-over circular row:
Widen the legs and bent over at 90°. Take a dumbbell in one hand and move it towards the other one. Return the hand and twist the neck in a circular motion. Do 3 sets, 10 reps each.
- Push & Touch:
Lie down on your back, lift both arms over the head and stretch. Stretch the arms to the body sides and then lift them again. If you want, you can do the exercise using weight.
Do 3 sets, 7 reps each.
- Crisscross reverse fly:
Bend forward with the legs in shoulder-width, back straight and head down. With dumbbells in both hands, bend the elbows and raise the hands under the shoulders.
Do 3 sets, 10 reps each.
Combine these exercises with a healthy diet- workout at least 4 times a week and reduce the intake of calories by 500. No matter how difficult it seems to get rid of the back fat, this regime will show results quickly.
