7-day diet plan

  1. Monday:

Breakfast- 1 cup of orange juice, 1 orange and 1 banana

Snack- 1 cup of orange juice and a slice of toast

Lunch- 100 gr of boiled fish and 100 gr of fresh salad (preferably seasonal)

Dinner- The same as lunch

Snack before sleep- 1 cup of orange juice and a small piece of toast.

  1. Tuesday:

Breakfast- 1 cup of apple juice and 1 egg (soft-boiled)

Snack- 1 cup of apple juice and a small piece of toast

Lunch- 100 gr of cooked meat, 4 lettuce leaves and 2 boiled potatoes

Dinner- 200 gr of boiled fish, lettuce, 1 egg (hard-boiled), peas (fresh or canned)

Snack before sleep- Same as the first snack

  1. Wednesday:

Breakfast- 1 cup of skimmed milk and a slice of toast

Lunch- 100 gr of rice, 100 gr of lean cheese, mix of cabbage, chopped parsley and salad dressing with lemon juice (no oil)

Dinner- 1 apple, 100 gr of cooked meat and 4 leaves of fresh green salad

Snack before sleep- 1 cup of apple juice and a small piece of toast.

  1. Thursday:

Breakfast- 1 cup of pineapple juice and 60 gr of pineapple

Snack- 1 cup of pineapple juice and a small piece of toast

Lunch- 1 orange, 100 gr of boiled meat and a small piece of lean cheese

Snack before sleep- same as the first snack

  1. Friday:

Breakfast- 1 cup of apple juice and 1 small piece of toast

Snack- 1 apple and 1 orange

Lunch- 150 gr of boiled fish and 2 small boiled carrots

Dinner- A bowl of vegetable soup (cream soup or fish stew) and a small piece of bread

Snack before sleep- 1 cup of orange juice and a small piece of toast

  1. Saturday:

Breakfast- 1 cup of apple juice and a small piece of toast

Snack- 150 gr of boiled grates beats with oil

Lunch- a bowl of vegetable soup (cream soup or fish stew) and a small piece of bread

Dinner- 100 gr of fried mushrooms and 100 gr of fresh vegetable salad

Snack before sleep- 1 cup of apple juice and 2 biscuits

  1. Sunday:

Breakfast- 1 banana and a handful of grapes

Snack- 1 cup of carrot juice and a small piece of toast

Lunch: 100 gr of boiled meat and 100 gr of salad with fresh cabbage, young onions and lemon juice

Dinner- A bowl of vegetable soup (cream soup or fish stew), 4 lettuce leaves and 100 gr of fruits

Snack before sleep- 1 cup of apple juice and 2 dried figs

The maximum time period recommended for this diet is 2-4 weeks. When you are finished with this Brazilian diet, increase the intake of vegetables, fruits and proteins.

During the diet, start with some physical activity of your choice, like walking, cycling, swimming or running.
