EATING FRUIT ON EMPTY STOMACH

How to eat fruits?

Fruits are the most important food

If you eat a slice of fruit, it is ready to go through the stomach directly in the intestines. But if you eat a slice of bread (or any other food/meal) before that, it will prevent the fruit of doing so. The whole meal and the fruit will start to rot and ferment, turning into acid. The second the fruit touches the food in your stomach and comes into contact with the digestive juices, the whole food starts to spoil. So, once again, eat the fruit before a meal, or on empty stomach!

You have heard people saying: “Every time I eat watermelon my stomach bloats” or “Bananas make me run to the toilet” or “Peaches make me burp”… None of this will happen if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach.

If you eat some fruit after a meal, the fruit will mix with the putrefying of the meal, producing gas and bloating your stomach. It can also cause dark circles under your eyes, nervous outbursts, balding or grey hair.

According to Dr. Herbert Shelton, who performed some researches on this issue, these are no acidic fruits (like lemons and oranges), all fruits become alkaline when they enter our body. The proper way of eating fruits will bring you health, energy, longevity, normal weight and better mood.

Also, drink only fresh juices, not the ones from bottles or cans. Don`t heat the juice, ever! Cooking the fruits will destroy their nutrients, and you`ll be left only with its taste. Always prefer fresh fruit to juice. If you have to drink a juice, drink it fresh, slowly sip by sip, because it has to mix with the saliva before swallowing. In order to cleanse and detoxify your body, go on a 3-day fruit fast, eat only fresh fruit and juice for these 3 days. Everyone will notice how radiant and healthy you look!

Orange

This is the sweetest medicine. Consuming 2-4 oranges a day can lower your cholesterol levels, destroy and prevent kidney stones, decrease the risk of colon cancer, and keep flu and colds away.

Apple

The saying “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” is not for nothing. Apples don`t have some important content of vitamin C, but they have many antioxidants and flavonoids which improve the activity of the vitamin C, lowering the risk of heart attack & stroke and colon cancer.

Watermelon

The best thirst quencher, consisted of 92% water. It is full with glutathione which can boost the immune system. Also, watermelon is rich in lycopene, an oxidant which fights cancer cells. Vitamin C and potassium are other important nutrients from this fruit.

Strawberry

Known as the protective fruit, strawberries have the highest antioxidant power from all the major fruits. They protect the body from free radicals which can cause cancer and clogging of the blood vessels.

Guava & Papaya

No.1 fruits in vitamin C content. Guava is also rich in fibers, which is helpful with constipation, and papaya is rich in carotene, which is good for the eyesight.

Kiwi

Tiny fruit, but very powerful. Good source of vitamin E, magnesium, potassium and fibers. The content of vitamin C in kiwi fruit is two times the one in an orange.
