Detox Soup – Recipe

You will need:

2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped beets
2 cups chopped carrots
1 cup chopped apple
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 cups vegetable broth OR chicken broth
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2-3 cups unsweetened coconut beverage
2 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp fresh thyme OR 2 teaspoon dried thyme
½ tsp pink rogray OR grey sea salt

Preparation:

Put all the ingredients in a large pot, except for the coconut beverage. Bring the mixture to boil. Simmer for about ten minutes or until all the ingredients are soft enough.
Run the mixture in a food processor until smooth. Top with nut-free pesto, if desired.
